What North Naples and Pelican Bay does to a window
Pelican Bay and Bay Colony sit behind a mangrove berm, and the salt still gets through. The beachfront towers take it on the balcony sliders, and the single-family streets inland of the boardwalk get a lighter film that still needs clearing a few times a year. The condo association usually washes the exterior on its own schedule, which leaves the inside of the glass, the tracks and the screens to the owner.
East of the Trail it is a different list. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in North Naples and Pelican Bay?
Quarterly is the right rhythm for most of North Naples east of the Trail, which keeps sprinkler spots, pollen and lanai grime from building up. Pelican Bay and Bay Colony homes do better every two months because of salt. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.

Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
